Danni is a licensed Realtor and innovative business owner with over 10 years of experience in business and investment development. She is passionate about helping investors grow their portfolios, specializing in multi-family properties and residential new construction. With a robust portfolio of 50 investment units in the Twin Cities and vacation rentals in Las Vegas, Seattle, and Florida, Danni has proven success in diverse markets. She is also involved in development projects near NASA and SpaceX in Washington, DC, and Titusville, FL.
Danni owns her interior design business, DeAries Design, where she combines her love for design with real estate, creating aesthetically pleasing investments for her clients. Outside of work, Danni enjoys traveling and attending dance classes, always looking for new ways to bring creativity and passion into everything she does.
